We founded Kennex_Pets with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
We deliver our goods to your destined address via a third-party courier service provider with strong foundation in Europe. Any delivery addresses outside Europe would be subject to further notice and mutually agreed means of transportation and we would not proceed with delivery without a clear consensus in this regard.

We expect goods arrival in less than 2 weeks upon payment confirmation under normal circumstances in Europe. However, exceptional cases would be communicated with respective customers as soon as possible with reasons when the time comes.

When it comes to receiving defective goods upon arrival, please do come back to us at "kennex@kennex.com.hk" for a solution. Though we have done due diligence to safeguard our products are shipped in good conditions from production sites, they are still fragile and may be damaged in transit and handling, inevitably.

Kennex_Pets will be collecting any personal data for strictly business use only, purposes including but not limited to website browsing, asking general or specific questions, order placement, goods delivery and payment process. The website may use the collected data for internal analysis so that we can serve you better in the future proactively but would not share them with outsiders for marketing or advertising purpose. All personal data would be stored properly with high-level security where only relevant personnel would be granted access for the sake to complete business transactions flawlessly. With regard to payment means, we are only conducting business via trusted third-party service providers with the strictest measures to avoid any personal data breach and we would not retain such personal data once transactions are completed.
